I am a registered Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Since 2011, I have been dedicated to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on accurate assessment, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-informed interventions.
My academic background includes advanced training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong foundation in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation. I have also received certification in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), which I incorporate into my practice when clinically indicated to address chronic pain and neuromuscular dysfunction.
In 2014, I presented my postgraduate research on postpartum back pain at the International Conference on Women and Development. This experience reinforced my commitment to addressing complex conditions through a blend of clinical reasoning, hands-on techniques, and patient education.
I strongly believe that effective history-taking and comprehensive assessment are critical in formulating successful treatment strategies. Educating patients about their condition and engaging them actively in their recovery process are integral components of my therapeutic approach.
Outside of clinical practice, I value time spent in nature, enjoy music, and prioritize quality time with my family. These personal interests support my holistic view of health and well-being.
