Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate individuals from diverse physiotherapy backgrounds, all working together to ensure that each patient that comes through our clinic is treated with the highest quality standard of care available. We care deeply for the health and well-being of all our patients, and our team continuously goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care, in a warm and welcoming environment.

The road to recovery can be difficult, however getting the treatment and help you need shouldn’t be – that’s why our modern, fully-equipped clinic are conveniently located and easy to get to. Centrally situated in Surrey, Revitalize Physiotherapy occupies a beautiful space in the Focal Point Plaza, which boasts ample free parking and is wheelchair accessible.

We believe that the road to recovery requires the help and support of a community, and we strive to be that community for our patients. Our holistic approach is intended to not only treat the underlying condition, but to also provide the skills and tools necessary to help prevent future injuries.

Navjot Hehar

Registered Physiotherapist

Navjot Hehar is a Registered Physiotherapist and member of PABC and CPA and has proudly obtained a Certification in Acupuncture(CAFCI). She graduated in 2010 and has been working as a Fully Registered Physiotherapist in British Columbia for the past 5 years, and has over 3 years experience as an Acupuncture Physiotherapist.

Navjot believes in the combination of physiotherapy and acupuncture for the maximization of functional recovery. She brings a unique perspective and a high degree of passion for every patient she cares for. Seeing her patients as they progress towards full recovery is one of her greatest joys.

Sukhjit Gill

Registered Physiotherapist

Sukhjit Gill is a Registered Physiotherapist and member of PABC, CPA and has successfully completed a Certification in Concussion Management. She graduated with physiotherapy degree in 2011 and joined private practice in early 2019, before she worked with seniors as part of rehab team.

Sukhjit’s mission is to help clients reach their unique goals that enhance their lives. She does this using a combination of evidence-based manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. She is a strong proponent of a preventative treatment approach to combat injuries and maintain active lifestyles. She believes in life time learning and skill enhancements. Her interests are hiking, yoga and reading.


Jonas Liu

Registered Acupuncturist

Jonas Liu is a Registered Acupuncturist and his expertise includes neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, tennis elbow, muscle stiffness, headaches, Bell’s palsy, paralysis, allergies, eczema, depression, insomnia, respiratory diseases, digestive disorders, and gynecological diseases.

Depending on your ailment, Jonas will choose the most effective method to treat you and ensure a swift and a complete recovery. His treatment methods include acupuncture, cupping, Guasha, Tuina massage, and herbal medicine. His focus is to ensure that he is considerate, caring, and responsible for every one of his patients to help them achieve a long, healthy life.


Amrit Pal Singh

Registered Massage Therapist

Amrit is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program from
Vancouver Career College, Burnaby.

Working as RMT for 1 year, Amrit has experience of treating a wide
range of patient bases including nurses, care aid givers, elderly patients,
MVA related patients, etc. Amrit’s goal is to design and implement a
treatment plan that is tailored to each individual patient. His therapies
encompass a wide range of methods, such as slow relaxing effleurage,
direct and indirect Myo-fascial techniques, joint mobilization, trigger
point release, passive stretching and deep tissue massage to help
improve the quality of life for those suffering from acute or chronic
injuries and aches.

In his spare time, Amrit enjoys being active by playing soccer and going
for long walks. He also likes to destress through meditation and maintain
optimal body health by going to the gym, swimming, and using sauna.
He is also fluent in 3 languages including English, Hindi and Punjabi.
