Embrace Holistic Healing!

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Vancouver Main Street

Revitalize Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic is thrilled to bring the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to Vancouver. Our bespoke approach to healing draws on centuries-old practices, tailored to the modern health needs of our community. Our certified TCM specialists employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha, to facilitate a healing journey that’s as enriching as it is effective.

Central to our philosophy is the understanding that true health is a harmonious balance of the body’s energies. Our practitioners are adept at enhancing your Qi (vital energy), promoting superior circulation, and invigorating the body’s inherent recuperative abilities. Acupuncture, a cornerstone of TCM, uses ultra-fine needles strategically placed to relieve discomfort and bolster your overall health.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Vancouver, BC FAQs

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a way of keeping healthy that’s been used in China for over 2,500 years. It’s a bit different from the kind of medicine you might be used to. TCM includes things like taking herbs, getting acupuncture (where tiny needles are placed in specific parts of the body), cupping (which uses suction on the skin), and qigong (a type of gentle exercise). TCM looks at your whole health, not just one part that might be sick. It tries to make sure everything in your body is working together well and that your energy (called "Qi") is flowing right to help you feel better as a whole.
When you come in for the first time, our friendly TCM specialists will take the time to really get to know you and your health. They’ll ask about how you feel, what you eat, how you sleep, and even how you’re feeling emotionally. This chat helps them figure out the best way to help you using TCM. They’ll make a plan just for you, to target whatever you need help with.
How fast TCM starts to help can be different for each person. Some might start to feel better after just one or two visits. For others, it might take a few weeks or months of treatments to get the results they’re looking for. We’re here to support you every step of the way, making sure your treatment plan is working for you and making any changes if needed.
